When the South Morang Football & Netball Club lines up for the 2021 season, everyone at Wollert Rise will be cheering.
From day one, the community here has welcomed Wollert Rise and we thank you for extending the hand of friendship to us and everyone on our team. So when the opportunity arose to show our appreciation and give back to the locals, we jumped at it.
Located at Mill Park Lakes Reserve, South Morang Football & Netball Club was established in 1954. It competes in the third division of the Northern Football & Netball League. Represented by three senior sides, 16 junior teams, four netball sides and a strong Auskick program, the club offers its more than 500 members the chance to participate in sport, with thousands of players and spectators visiting its grounds each year.
Across both games, the Maroon and Blue have a loyal following. The players, coaches and trainers as well as the volunteers and supporters have made this local club great. Now Wollert Rise feels very privileged to be a part of this much loved, grass roots association by sponsoring the club’s activities.
We wish everyone at the club every success doing what you do best, in promoting sport, encouraging teamwork and bringing people together in this wonderful community.
