We’re getting the works.
Wollert Rise developer Dahua Group is pleased to announce that work has now commenced to bring sewerage and water services to the Bodycoats Road precinct.
This $35M infrastructure project is due to the efforts of the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium. This group represents a number of new communities in the Wollert Growth Corridor. This includes Dahua’s Wollert Rise which, along with the others, has been in talks with the City of Whittlesea.
Over two years, the Consortium has collaborated with Whittlesea Council on the design and approvals for roads, sewerage, water and power. Now these essential works can get underway which is a significant step forward in seeing the potential of this area fully realised.
Already designed and approved, the sewer and water works will commence first, with the extension of Equestrian Road planned for the next couple of months.
In announcing the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium Agreement, Mark Ham, Senior Development Manager at Dahua agreed that this is excellent news. “Our future residents can look forward to seeing Wollert Rise come to life,” he added.
With all works to be completed within 18 months, this infrastructure will lead the way for construction to commence in our community, so our many families can move in and make themselves at home, here on nature’s doorstep.
In the meantime, watch this space for updates.
