Meet the couple behind our 50th sold sign.
Wollert Rise is the fastest selling community in the area. So, we caught up with the newest future residents to find out why they chose to buy here on nature’s doorstep.
“We are very excited to be part of the Wollert Rise family,” Nilesh and Priya told us. “When we walked into the Welcome Centre we were greeted by the estate manager, Rishav Bhardwaj. He listened to us patiently, answered our questions, then showed us the masterplan.”
Being a young family with growing boys, the couple were drawn to the fact that Wollert is already an established suburb.
“Wollert Rise is close to amenities like schools and convenience stores, while the masterplan caters for nearly everything including public spaces and parks.” Nilesh said. “The estate has everything a growing family needs and my boys can’t wait to move into their new home soon,” Priya added.
Here at Wollert Rise the family could afford a larger backyard which was particularly appealing given their rugby loving youngsters.
As Nilesh explained: “We were after a big piece of land and couldn’t believe our luck when Mr Bhardwaj quoted us the price. Wollert Rise is an amazing opportunity for us to build our dream home while staying within our budget.”
Coming from Fiji, the couple admit that the natural landscape was also a big attraction.
“This community is situated away from the busy roads, surrounded by lovely trees and flowing hills where we can relax after a busy day at work,” they told us. “We have both grown up in Fiji which is a very beautiful place and Wollert Rise gives us that feeling of being at home.”
