It’s simple, quick to fill out, and there’s no limit to how many times you can take part. Here’s everything you need to know:

What’s on offer

When you refer someone who goes on to purchase a property at Wollert Rise, you’ll receive $1,500 within 60 days from settlement of the lot your referred family member or friend purchase.

What does your referred buyer get? They’ll receive $1,500 as a rebate taken off the price of their block, applied at settlement.

As there’s no cap on how many people you can refer, the reward applies every single time someone in your network buys at Wollert Rise! Know a few people who’d love it here? Refer them all.

Who’s eligible

We’ve kept the process easy and simple, here’s what’s involved for you and your referral*:

• The person you refer must not have already been in contact with a Wollert Rise sales consultant or registered on our database prior to the referral.
• They need to sign an unconditional contract, pay the agreed deposit and complete settlement of the contract.
• They can’t nominate the contract to a substitute purchaser.
• You’ll need to claim your $1,500 reward within 90 days of your referral’s settlement.

How to make a referral

Making a referral only takes a few minutes! Simply fill in the referral form with your details and your family or friend member’s information, then send it to us one of two ways.

Either email it to our Estate Manager at wollertrise@coreprojects.com.au or drop it off at the Welcome Centre, on the corner of Bodycoats Road and Kilarnie Boulevard, Wollert. From there, our team will take care of the rest and keep you updated along the way.
