It’s been another busy month on site, with great progress being made across both Stages 2B and 2C. We also have an important update about the upcoming temporary closure of Bodycoats Road.

Stage 2B

Site preparation is almost complete, with tree removal finished and most of the earthworks now complete. Installation of the underground sewer pipes is targeted for the first week of July, with stormwater drainage works to follow shortly after.

Stage 2C

Works are progressing well in Stage 2C. Bulk earthworks are underway, along with the installation of underground drainage pipes for future homes, helping prepare the stage for the installation of water services. Road crossings and underground electrical works are expected to follow later in the month.

Bodycoats Road Closure

As our community continues to grow and new infrastructure is delivered, Bodycoats Road (between Summerhill Road and Kilarnie Boulevard) will soon require a temporary closure, running from the end of July through to early/mid 2027.

Once in effect, traffic won’t be permitted through this section of the street. Most importantly, homesites within our estate don’t rely on this section for access and instead come in off Kilarnie Boulevard, so residents won’t be impacted by the closure.

Signage and billboards will be installed around the estate ahead of the closure date. We kindly ask residents to allow extra travel time and to follow the signed detour via Summerhill Road, Epping Road and Boundary Road, as well as any instructions from on-site traffic controllers.
