The year that made Wollert Rise a household name.
Of all the years in recent times, 2020 will go down as being the most life changing. Still while many things were challenging, there were also highpoints along the way and none more so than the launch of Wollert Rise.
Introducing life on nature’s doorstep.
Working from home, the surge in toilet paper sales and those four reasons to leave your place of residence. Not long after 2020 begun, the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to do just about everything differently. Even the Wollert Rise launch went from being a family fun day on nature’s doorstep to an online experience. For the first time ever Melburnians, now confined to their homes, were able to click on a link and attend a launch event streamed live. Complete with introductions to the developer, Dahua Group, meeting the Estate Manager, Rishav Bhardwaj, along with footage of Wollert Rise, viewers felt like they were right there in the Welcome Centre and even had the opportunity to ask questions to the team.
Release after release of record sales.
Wollert Rise launched and the sales soon followed. Lots in each stage were snapped up quicker than expected and, in no time, this new community had become the fastest selling in Wollert. Even Melbourne’s total lockdown mid-year did little to curb our home buyers’ enthusiasm. Our 50th sale was achieved and, we’re happy to report, it didn’t stop there.
Over 100 sold signs and counting.
Around the time that Melburnians emerged from Stage 4 restrictions, Wollert Rise reached its own milestone. Estate Manager, Rishav, had the joyful task of applying his 100th sold sign. That has since been surpassed.
Recognised by the UDIA.
The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) awards excellence, and in 2020 this highly respected organisation recognised Wollert Rise. Even in the most challenging years, all involved have still managed to maintain our very high standards and we felt proud to share this good news with our many home buyers.
Townhomes took things up a level.
Before the year was out, Wollert Rise had expanded its offering to include lots, house and land, as well as Townhomes. Opposite a parkland, these three and four bedroom, double storey, contemporary residences are deliberately low maintenance to let today’s busy homeowners make the most of their leisure time. Just another way that Wollert Rise is accommodating the many, varied buyers, budgets and different lifestyles.
Paving the way for a constructive 2021.
Early in the new year the builders will be onsite at Wollert Rise. Construction of stages 1-3 are expected to start early in 2021 for the first families who will call Wollert Rise home.
