Industry recognition for Wollert Rise.
Wollert Rise is in the running for an Award of Excellence from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
“UDIA advocates for the urban development industry to meet the housing needs of all Victorians and the awards are highly regarded,” said Foreman Chen, General Manager of Dahua Group Melbourne. “To be recognised for excellence means a lot to us at Dahua Group because ultimately our residents benefit.”
Wollert Rise has been shortlisted for its launch earlier this year. In the midst of a global pandemic, Wollert Rise was successfully introduced to the public through an innovative online launch event. It was the first time that people could sit down at their laptop, iPad or with smartphone in hand and be part of the launch that was being streamed live from Wollert Rise. Throughout the online event, future residents were able to engage with Senior Development Manager, Mark Ham, as well as Estate Manager, Rishav Bhardwaj and have their questions answered.
The Wollert Rise sense of community started that day and through regular communications has been maintained, always with our resident’s needs in mind.
Already recognised as somewhere quite exceptional, the Welcome Centre is an inviting space, with state-of-the-art displays and interactive screens, as well as a play area for youngsters, complete with a colourful Red River Gum tree. It’s a place where future residents can bring their families and get a feel for what life will be like on nature’s doorstep.
At the same time, in collaboration with Dacland, Dahua Group’s Lochaven community in the South East has also been shortlisted for excellence in Masterplan Development. This recognition for delivery of the community, and quality of life for its residents, reflects the exceptional standard Dahua Group sets across it’s portfolio of seven Victorian projects.
Wollert Rise residents can look to Lochaven as a demonstration of Dahua Group’s dedication to building better communities. With recognition for excellence at different stages of development, the future’s already looking bright for anyone who chooses to make Wollert Rise their new home.
