As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of milestones, progress and growth for our Wollert Rise community. December has brought several exciting updates to round out the year, from sales success and new families joining our neighbourhood to the installation of our striking new entry statement!

A Strong Year in Sales and Community Growth

It’s been an exceptional year for Wollert Rise, with the community continuing to take shape and flourish. In 2025, we celebrated:

• 4 stages titled
• 61 new purchasers who chose to call Wollert Rise home
• 70 lot settlements, with more scheduled before year’s end
• One new park opened, offering even more places for families to play, relax and connect

With each milestone, we’ve seen our neighbourhood grow, not just in numbers, but in energy, activity and a shared sense of belonging. We extend our warmest thanks to every purchaser, partner and future resident who contributed to this year’s success.

New Park Opening

Earlier this month, the community marked an exciting moment with the opening of our newest park. Designed as a central space for families and neighbours to gather, this park adds another layer of outdoor living to Wollert Rise, supporting active lifestyles, play and the simple joy of being outdoors. We look forward to seeing this space become a regular part of your everyday routines.

A New Entry Statement for Wollert Rise

Visitors and residents alike will now be welcomed by a striking new entry statement created in collaboration with Lump Sculpture Studio, one of Australia’s leading contemporary art studios known for their high-quality, large-scale public artworks.

Inspired by the timeless River Red Gums that define the natural landscape in and around our conservation reserves, the sculpture captures the strength, resilience and heritage of these iconic trees. Fabricated from Corten steel, its rich, weathered patina honours the hardy character of Australia’s native flora while grounding the piece in the land’s history.

More than an artwork, the piece stands as a reminder of our shared responsibility to care for the environment and protect the ecosystems that enrich our community. It’s a meaningful addition to Wollert Rise, one that reflects both our natural surroundings and our commitment to creating a place with heart, identity and longevity.

The entry statement and our newly opened park will be formally celebrated on Saturday 13 December, and we’re excited for everyone to experience these additions firsthand.

Sales Office Holiday Closure

As we head into the festive season, the Wollert Rise Sales Office will take a short break. Our team’s final day for 2025 will be Monday 22 December, returning on Wednesday 7 January.

We encourage anyone finalising enquiries before the break to reach out to the team ahead of the closure.
